Hello,

Happy Spring! The trees and flowers are blooming, the weather is starting to warm up, and the days are getting longer. There’s no doubt about it; getting outside is a lot easier and more enjoyable this time of year!

For many of us, wintertime can be draining. Being physically active and spending time in nature is downright difficult, and even impossible in some areas of Canada! Springtime opens up new possibilities and opportunities for moving your body, getting fresh air and vitamin D, and connecting with friends and family.

The different benefits of getting outside are endless, but for this LTM, we’ll be looking at how it benefits your mental health, plus tips and ideas for this spring!
