For this Letter to Myself, we’ll be looking at how exercise benefits both your body and mind! It’s no secret that exercise is a key ingredient in building a healthier lifestyle, but did you know it can help you build a healthier mentality as well?

It’s been proven time and time again that working out is beneficial for more than just your muscles. It can relieve stress, reduce anxiety, help diminish symptoms of mild depression, and more! For some, hitting the gym or going for a walk is already a part of their daily routine. For others, a more sedentary lifestyle is the norm! If you’re the latter and want to start implementing more exercise, this one's for you.
