Letter to Myself 003: Winter Wellness & SAD

Welcome back to our third edition of Letter to Myself! This month we’ll be looking at Winter Wellness and Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Helping Hands

Wintertime can be such a challenging time for so many people, especially with their mental health. Shorter days and colder weather often means less Vitamin D, less exercise, and subsequently, worsened mental health. For many, this is the time of year their Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) symptoms begin. Others may experience a decrease in mobility due to poor weather, which can feel extremely limiting. If winter tends to get you down, whatever the reason may be, hopefully some of these upcoming resources can help mitigate some of the struggles faced during this season.
