Meet with a Physician or Nurse Practitioner to discuss insomnia medication options and formulate a care plan to best meet your insomnia needs. If you and your prescriber decide to try insomnia medication online, it will be shipped to your door at no additional cost. You can follow-up with your prescriber at any time to make sure you’re staying on track with your treatment plan.
Begin your twice per month therapy sessions with your CBT Care Provider. Two times each month you’ll meet with your provider to discuss your insomnia and learn mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy. In addition, you’ll get access to Cognito’s therapy course library.
