Initial Assessment

Psychiatrist Visit

Meet with a Psychiatrist or an ADHD trained Nurse Practitioner to get an official diagnosis and discuss medication options to best meet your mental health needs. You can follow-up with your prescriber at any time to make sure you’re staying on track with your treatment plan.

Therapy Twice Per Month

Begin your twice per month online talk therapy sessions with your CBT Care Provider. Your first CBT session will be 1 hour and all following sessions will be 30 minutes. These sessions will be focused on CBT and building skills for ADHD. In addition, you’ll get access to Cognito’s therapy course library.
